Workshop & Performance

about
IC:EX (I.C. Ensemble) Gen 4 took the stage in New York City as part of two prestigious events:
YAGP Stars of Today Meet the Stars of Tomorrow Gala
International Dance School Festival (IDSF)
Both performances were held at the iconic David H. Koch Theater at Lincoln Center.
Following an intensive rehearsal period across Gibney Dance Center and Joffrey Ballet School, the Gen 4 cast presented a powerful and refined program across both evenings, marking a defining moment in their artistic development.
REPERTOIRE
Repertoire Highlight — Sharon Eyal
A central highlight of the program was the performance of repertoire by Sharon Eyal, whose work Into the Hairy was recently awarded the Olivier Award, one of the most prestigious honors in international theatre and dance.
While Sharon Eyal was not present in person, the dancers had the privilege of working closely with her stager, Greg Lau, who guided the cast through the rehearsal process with precision and artistic integrity.
It was a rare and meaningful opportunity for these young artists to engage deeply with this internationally celebrated repertoire and bring it to the stage at Lincoln Center.
