In December 2022, thirty-six aspiring young dancers from Europe, Asia, North America, and Israel gathered in Tel Aviv for the first ICE Workshop. The program spotlighted repertoire by distinguished choreographers Ohad Naharin, Sharon Eyal, and Inbal Pinto, offering participants a transformative experience in the field of contemporary dance.
Following the workshop, ICE dancers embarked on a U.S. tour, performing at the YAGP “Stars of Today Meet the Stars of Tomorrow” Galas in Tampa and at Lincoln Center in New York City — marking the ensemble’s debut performances in the United States

For the Gen 1 Tel Aviv Gala (May), Maayan Sheinfeld and Matan David staged Ohad Naharin’s repertoire, while Keren Lurie Pardes and Dirk Korell staged Sharon Eyal’s work.
During the May workshop in Tel Aviv, the faculty also included Shale Wagman, Coryphée with the Paris Opera Ballet; Larissa Saveliev, Founder and Artistic Director of Youth America Grand Prix; and Sharon Eyal herself, who led an exclusive workshop with the dancers.
